As a vacancy arises on the Committee, nominations are made for the new Committee members. They are voted on by the Committee and formally invited to become a member.

The Gardens are governed by a Committee based on legislation instituted by Parliament. The Gardens Committee takes care to ensure the Gardens benefit the Members, the natural environment and the surrounding community.

The Gardens are owned by Arab Investments LTD. They are also the owners of the adjacent building Campbell Court.
